First of all he washed and cut all the vegetables. He used-carrots, celery, garlic, ginger, pak choi, sugar snap peas, baby sweetcorn and bean sprouts. The salmon he cut into cubes. When he cooked the salmon he added sesame seeds then some soy sauce to the whole dish. It was served with noodles.

my husband loves salmon. i never really cook it because it intimidates me. but your stir-fry sounds really yummy and pretty easy!
Vanessa, this is so easy and quick. Most of the time is taken in veg prep, but then it is so quick to do. We bought salmon fillets, so I just took the skin off and J cut them into chunks
