Last busy week

At last weeks art session, D dyed fabric. Apparently it is to be used as a base for another project they are doing. When I went to pick him up, he was beginning to stitch together a felt collage picture. That has to be completed this week and I can't wait to see what he does.

Monday was the last of the woodland sessions, and they had a fun time with a fire making popcorn and toasting marshmallows. Over the course of the sessions they had been making seats.
This is J's seat, and here is D's. His is the only one done with the seat this way up. He has to be different.

D also made this pendant out of clay. Each of the five 'dips' represents the individuals in their group. This is going to be a permanent reminder of the friendship they have made.

Today is the last of D's Spanish lessons until September and this afternoon they are in for a treat.
